Do I need experience?
Not at all — most of our clients are new to reformer! We LOVE having the opportunity to get to know you in an initial appointment, and provide you with a personalised toolkit before group classes however. Your results following will speak volumes from it! Reach out to hello@popfitpilates.com to organise!
What if I feel nervous before my first class?
Completely normal — everyone does! But within a few minutes, you’ll realise how welcoming and supportive the space and our POP family is.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely — most people do! We’re your new workout bestie!
What should I expect in my first class?
A welcoming environment, clear guidance, and a workout that’s challenging but adjustable to your level &/or how you’re feeling on the day - We walk you through everything step by step.
What do I bring?
Grip socks (we sell them in studio), water, a towel if you’d like to, and your lovely self!
How often should I come?
2–3 times per week is ideal to start feeling results — We encourage and are flexible to a schedule that works best for YOU and YOUR lifestyle, even if that’s once a week.
What happens after the 14 days?
If you love it (you will), we’ll help you choose a membership that suits your routine — no pressure - you’re the captain of this journey and we’re the ship that get’s you there!
