Things can pop up from time to time, we totally get it!

In order to best accomodate our waitlist for classes and ensure that we can get your bottom onto the carriage when you’re patiently waiting to come, we kindly ask that you honour our cancellation policy for your class bookings.

We do recommend the best practice for navigating your weekly schedule is to download the Momence App from the app store. It's quick, easy, and straight forward, however if you need any help with it, please send us a message and we can walk you through it!

We very much so appreciate your understanding of the below terms to our booking system.

Cancelling Class, Timeframes & late fees:

6 hours+ notice:

INo problemmos amigos! Your class credit will be added back onto your account, thank you for being considerate of our POP Fit Community and gifting someone your seat to a special class!

3-6 hours notice:

Customers can cancel their attendance and automatically receive a credit for their cancelled booking, returned back to your account to later use.

  • Cancelled between 3 to 6 hours notice

  • Credit for class booking returned

  • Incurs late cancellation $7.50 fee, debited weekly

3 hours or less notice:

Customers can cancel their attendance but get no automatic credit. They need to contact us directly if they want to claim the credit and we can then decide to do so in their customer profile.

  • Cancelled between 0 - 3 hours before class

  • Class credit for booking is lost

  • Incurs late cancellation $7.50 fee, debited weekly

No Show Policy:

  • Customers who have a no-show attendance to class will loose the credit for that class booking

  • Incurs no show $10.00 fee, debited the following day

Appointment Cancellations

Appointment’s are the knees to our bees, and hence spots are highly sought after. We have limited spots available for private physiotherapy or classes to maintain our bespoke services to the highest quality at all times.

Please do keep us updated as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment time. However we do of course understand that life can pop up unexpectedly from time to time, and so if needing to reschedule your appointment with us, we ask that you endeavour to do this with 6 or more hours notice.

If cancelling with 6 hours or less from your appointment time, this will incur a 50% appointment fee.

Membership Cancellations

We are here for you, and completely understand how things in life change and things POP up!

To proceed with cancellation of your membership, we kindly ask for a strict minimum 14-day notification to your request prior to your next billing cycle is due in order to process your changes.

In the event of requesting a cancellation after this period, unfortunately refunds will not be issued in order to remain consistent and fair to all members at POP Fit, and procedures in place.

We greatly appreciate your understanding around our procedures as we endeavour to not only support you, but our loving staff as respectfully as possible.
