This is your gentle reminder: your body deserves the same love and care you pour into everyone else.
At POP Fit, our Mums & Bubs sessions create a supportive space for you to move, breathe, and feel like you again—strong, seen, and supported through this season of motherhood.
No pressure, no expectations—just good vibes, intentional movement, and a gorgeous group of POP-stars by your side every step of the way.

Wednesday & Friday - 10.00am - 10.50am
Cost is only $50 per week to join, with the term covered and paid for at the start.
TERM DURATION?
Each 6-week terms will roll straight into the next 6-week term following.
The start of each term is where new Mumma’s are able to join the next following block.

We require a minimum enrolment of 3 in each term cycle for our group to go ahead together!

What is Mums & Bubs at POP Fit?
A feel-good reformer session designed for new mums (with bubs by your side). Expect supportive movement that helps you rebuild strength, reconnect to your body, and fill your cup — all in a welcoming, judgement-free space.
When can I start postpartum?
As a general guide, once you’ve been cleared by your GP/OB to return to exercise (often around 6 weeks postpartum, and sometimes longer after a C-section). If you’re unsure, flick us a message and we’ll help you choose the best starting point.
Do I need to have done reformer Pilates before?
Nope! Beginners are SO welcome. We’ll guide you through the setup, the springs, and the moves — with plenty of options along the way so you feel supported from start to finish. (Zero “keeping up” energy here.)
How old can my baby be?
Best suited for newborns up to pre-crawling / not-yet-mobile bubs, so you can move safely and get the most out of your session. If your little one is on the move, message us and we’ll recommend your best next step.
Can I bring my pram/capsule/bouncer?
Yes! Prams, capsules, blankets and baby bouncers are welcome (space-permitting). You’ll be able to park bub right beside your reformer.
What if my baby cries or needs me mid-class?
Totally normal — and totally expected. You can pause to feed, cuddle, settle, or change bub anytime. This is a “real life with a baby” zone, not a perfection zone.
Can I feed during class?
Absolutely. Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, snack breaks — you do you. We’ll keep you moving in a way that works around bub’s needs.
Is this class safe for postnatal bodies (core + pelvic floor)?
Yes — our sessions are designed with postnatal bodies in mind, with options to support core re-connection and pelvic floor-friendly movement. That said, everyone’s recovery is different, so we strongly recommend medical clearance first, and we’ll always tailor where needed.
What should I bring?
Grip socks (or grab a pair at the studio)
Water bottle
A towel (optional but nice)
Anything bub might need: nappy bag essentials, blanket, bottle/dummy, etc.
Do you offer childcare/creche?
Not a creche — bubs stay with you in the studio space for Mums & Bubs. (If you’re looking for a creche-style option, some studios do offer that separately.)
What if I’m running late?
We get it — babies don’t run on schedules 😅 If you’re late, slip in quietly and we’ll help you settle. If you can, send us a quick message so we can make your reformer ready.
Can I still come if I’ve had a C-section / pelvic pain / diastasis recti?
Often yes, with the right clearance + modifications. Please get medical sign-off first, and let us know before class so we can support you with the best options.
How do I book?
By purchasing our mums and bubs series class pack, you are then automatically enrolled into the 6-week series. We want to keep your admin as easy and breezy as possible! Then show up for day 1 week 1, bub in tow. If it’s your first time at POP Fit, arrive a few minutes early so we can get you comfy on the reformer.
If you can’t make a class, cancel with some notice as per our cancellation policy to make up for it in one of our beginner classes (unfortunately bub may just need a baby sitter for this one!
What’s the vibe like?
Warm, friendly, no-pressure. Expect a mix of laughs, little bub moments, and that “OMG I needed this” feeling when you walk out. You’re doing an amazing job — we’re just here to support the chapter. 💚

Our 6-week Postnatal Reformer Pilates series has been created especially for mums and bubs, and is all about supporting you through your postpartum chapter, with your little one right there beside you.
