Our Team

  • Elena Collins - Director

Commonly known as Elle around the studio, Elle’s classes are resound for her thoughtful approach to the perfect blend of technique with turn up, through her modern strength based style!

Her physio head will keep you on your grippy toes with her ridiculous stories and firey flows in clinical and group sessions! She has a genuine passion for the combo of the two, and is deeply passionate about guiding you from what might feel like ‘step 1’ to your greatest self yet – both mentally and physically.

Her ideal client is one that is motivated to learn, and embrace themselves authentically! If you laugh at her jokes she might even shave off that last rep or few seconds from that spicy hold…. But it’s a maybe!

  • Lauren Seldon

Lauren has a keen eye for detail throughout her modern and dynamic strength-based style classes. Her classes are known for being tough but engaging, and challenging but enjoyable.

Your brains juices will be kept flowing with lots of layers offered so every client feels like they’re winning and can choose their own challenge/pace. As long as you’re enthusiastic and willing to give things a go, Lauren’s your gal.

  • Ally Sartor

Ally's teaching style is a blend of precision and fluidity, with an emphasis on mind-to-muscle connection. Keep an ear out for her throwing in some ballet terms here, but don't be fooled, she's a sucker for a spicy lunge series with thoughtful repetition!! Her favourite car is a Porsche 911 though, so if you drive one of these she might go a little easier on you …. maybe!

Why would you go to her classes? “My classes are the time and space for you. Whether you are there to decompress from a day at work or start your morning off on a positive and motivating note, the space is where you can come and show up for yourself.“

  • Pia Evans

A gal so sweet you think her classes will be just the same, but much like the wareheads lollie boxes, they take a punch!

She is best known for never letting a song finish, but is a country kid that ‘strongly dislikes’ country music, enjoys slaying some spicy, feeling the fun, and turning up with tough and challenging flows with beautiful stretch as a reward afterwards. She preaches that balance is key. . No two classes are ever the same!

  • Bridget Clarke

Bridget’s classes are notorious for being so sucked in you don’t realise the time is up! She has an upbeat technical style and teaches to educate and motivate!

“My classes fly by, we keep work smarter not harder. Every movement/exercise has a purpose and I try to create the best vibe possible so clients leave having enjoyed the class and not seeing it as a chore.”

So rock n roll into Bridgets classes for some fun, or maybe this is a hint into her favourite music taste… ?!

  • Emma Thompson

When not doing magic moves on the pole or slaying the gymnastics scene, Emma is taking classes at POP that make you feel strong and mindful, with a full body workout focusing on quality movements. While spinal movement and mobility is frequently part of her plan, achieving the burn remains a large priority!

She has a knack for creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels at home in her presence. Being a weapon of layering destruction, Emma’ is able to consistently and safely guide her clients to their appropriate level on the carriage, rain hail or shine.

  • Millie Anderson

We warmly welcome Mills who has the drills. She is a queen who loves a high energy class that encourages a deep connection to the body and mind.

Millie is sunshine in human form, and will always make you feel at home and safe in my classes whilst still challenging you with either a very slow burn or something a little more higher intensity.

She confesses to NEVER being on a rollercoaster, but promises to take you on the ride of your dreams at POP Fit in her classes - All aboard the Millie train to a more connected mind, body and soul!
