Elena Collins - Director
Commonly known as Elle around the studio, Elle’s classes are resound for her thoughtful approach to the perfect blend of technique with turn up, through her modern strength based style!
Her physio head will keep you on your grippy toes with her ridiculous stories and firey flows in clinical and group sessions! She has a genuine passion for the combo of the two, and is deeply passionate about guiding you from what might feel like ‘step 1’ to your greatest self yet – both mentally and physically.
Her ideal client is one that is motivated to learn, and embrace themselves authentically! If you laugh at her jokes she might even shave off that last rep or few seconds from that spicy hold…. But it’s a maybe!

Lauren Seldon - Studio Manager
Lauren is our left hand man at POP Fit, here to support you throughout your journey at POP from A-Z!
She has a keen eye for detail throughout her modern and dynamic strength-based style classes. Her classes are known for being tough but engaging, and challenging but enjoyable.
Your brains juices will be kept flowing with lots of layers offered so every client feels like they’re winning and can choose their own challenge/pace. As long as you’re enthusiastic and willing to give things a go, Lauren’s your gal.

Chelsea Trewarn
Chelsea is our smiling assassin. She’ll challenge you, steady your mind, and have you feeling strong, centred, and totally unstoppable—all while keeping you on your toes. She has a not-so-secret love for long box back extensions (IYKYK), knows exactly when to push and when to ground you, and delivers it all with top-tier humour.
Expect feel-good strength, sneaky challenges, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Renee Lee
Our ray of pure sunshine with a spicy streak- when it comes to a class by Renee, expect dynamic flows, sneaky layers that keep coming, and juuuust when you think you’re done—BOOM—another challenge.
She lives for light springs, unapologetically loves an arabesque lunge, and knows exactly how to turn the burn up (in the best way). Her classes are fun, fiery, and guaranteed to leave you shaking, smiling, and coming back for more.

Bridget Clarke
Bridget’s classes are notorious for being so sucked in you don’t realise the time is up! She has an upbeat technical style and teaches to educate and motivate!
“My classes fly by, we keep work smarter not harder. Every movement/exercise has a purpose and I try to create the best vibe possible so clients leave having enjoyed the class and not seeing it as a chore.”

Tash Somers
Meet Tash - the queen of clever flows that hit everything—YUP, even the muscles you forgot you had!
You’ll float in feeling good and leave feeling seriously strong. She’s all about smart sequencing, feel-the-burn moments, and LOVES the ultimate crowd fave: feet in straps (it might look like “just a stretch”… but trust us, it’s spicy in the sneakiest way).
Expect strong vibes, smooth flows, and a whole lot of wow, I can do the damn thing!

Evelina Browne
Meet Evelina, the mastermind behind the notorious "Evelina burn"—a signature sensation that guarantees you’ll leave her classes both exhilarated and, well, slightly achy!
With a teaching style that blends classic Pilates with a contemporary twist, Evelina makes every session a dynamic dance of tradition and innovation. Her love for reformer Pilates, ignited almost a decade ago, fuels her passion to guide clients toward their fitness goals while keeping things fun and challenging.
When Evelina isn’t sculpting bodies or tending to her furry friends as a Veterinary nurse, she’s likely exploring the deep blue as an avid scuba diver— we are very lucky to have scooped up this sailor from her previously much loved boutique reformer studio in Senegal.
