GETTING STARTED

Not at all — most of our clients are brand new to reformer Pilates! We LOVE welcoming beginners and guiding you through everything step by step. You’ll feel supported from the moment you walk in, and your confidence (and strength!) will build quickly.
We highly recommend booking a 1:1 initial appointment first, to support you with invaluable skills which catapult your progress and confidence afterwards in group classes.

Completely normal — everyone feels this way at first! Within a few minutes, you’ll realise how welcoming and supportive the space is. Our instructors are there to guide you, and our community is honestly the best 💚

Absolutely — most people do! POP is a super friendly, inclusive space, and chances are you’ll leave with a few new workout besties 😉

The easiest way to book and schedule in your ideal week here, it so download the app ‘Momence’ from your app store, log in using the same email you used to checkout with, and click out logo.

YOUR fIRST CLASS

Expect a welcoming vibe, clear guidance, and a workout that challenges you in the best way. Everything is adjustable to your level, and we’ll talk you through each movement so you never feel lost.

We recommend arriving about 5–10 minutes early so we can show you around, get you set up on your reformer, and ease you into the class.
Arrive 10 minutes earlier so that you have some extra time to get comfy, choose your grip socks if you need some, and for us to show you how to adjust the your reformer settings before your class.

Anything you feel good moving in!
Activewear you can stretch, sweat, and feel confident in is perfect.

Grip socks (we have them in studio if you need - beware … very cute options to choose from!), water, a towel if you like — and your lovely self ✨
RESULTS & ROUTINE

2–3 times per week is ideal if you want to start seeing and feeling results — but consistency always wins.
This is a routine that fit’s comfortably alongside a busy schedule, without any pressure on top!
Even once a week is a great add-on to your week - we’re here to help you build and grow in a way that works best for you!
Many of our new to reformer clients have shared with us that coming more regularly at the beginning was incredibly helpful to build a strong foundation. Hence we recommend our epic intro pack to really dive in and take it for a solid spin over 14-days, which guides knowing what schedule and frequency following it works best for you.

All of our highly trained instructors bring their own flare, flavour and personality to their classes - however, they carry a consistency throughout of glasses being functionally goal based.

Always. Our instructors are there to guide, correct, and support you throughout the entire class — you’re never left guessing.

Support, in the way of providing options which make you feel more balanced - sometimes something as small as holding out a hand for your first lunge to give confidence, or providing props to give stability if needed

Before starting at POP, we will thoughtfully ask you if you have any limitations or injuries, so that we can best support you in classes, and provide options for if needed.
Before class, we also take the time to check in with you and ask how you’re feeling on the day. you might be a tired baby Mumma and just there for rest-bite and joy rather than challenge, or maybe had a stressful work day, rocking a headache… these are the things we care about.
With a strong physio-informed approach, we’ll help you move safely while still getting a great workout.

No pressure at all. We have flexible options to suit your lifestyle — and if you do fall in love (which you probably will 😏), we’ll help you find the best fit!
We have casual class packs for more flexibility to book in however often suited you - all the way to unlimited memberships where you can come as often as you like, and everything in-between.

No pressure — you’re in control, we’re just here to support the journey with you - you’re the captain of this glorious ride and we’re the ship that get’s you there!

We are more than understanding that sometimes, life can get a little busy! So any membership credits that are unused during a 14-day renewal period roll over into the next - giving a full 4-week period to book and use all your credits up without pressure

We have plenty of FIFO options and tiers available at POP, simply email or message us via Momence txt that you’d like to discuss this and we can send you the options to pick which best works for you!

Membership freezes can be applied to your account for the duration that you are away on holidays.
Unlike most fitness studios/gyms which either don’t offer or limit account freezes, we don’t limit how many of these you have (live your best life!!) We do kindly ask to for this request to be at least a fortnight in advance however possible.
